1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most locations within the United States and select international countries. If you have any questions about whether we can ship to your location, feel free to contact us at sales@mackmaluxe.com.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier delays.


4. Shipping Categories

We offer shipping on all categories including:

  • Men’s and Women’s Casual Wear: Jackets, t-shirts, pants, and shoes

  • Kids’ Footwear & Accessories

  • Pet Accessories

Please note that orders with multiple items may ship separately depending on availability and fulfillment location.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order at any time using the tracking link provided.


6. Delayed or Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to high volume, weather, or customs. If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at sales@mackmaluxe.com so we can assist you.


7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Mack Maluxe is not liable for any additional charges once your package leaves our facility.


8. Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Mack Maluxe is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
